April 10, 2014 — LiKun Electronics, a leading supplier of discrete semiconductors, has introduced a new family of 10A and 15A Trench MOS Schottky rectifiers for applications such as solar panel junction box and smart phone, tablet chargers.

These new rectifiers help design engineers solve conduction losses without compromise, thank to their extremely low forward voltage drop and optimized reverse leakage current utilized by Trench MOS technology. Packaged in the 1.1mm low profile TO-277 case, these new rectifiers handle high power density at 10~15 ampere. Their compact size and small footprint reduce end product dimension and increase portability. Typical applications include high frequency converters, switching mode power supplies, polarity protection or as freewheeling diodes.

This new family of Trench MOS Schottky rectifiers features maximum operating and storage temperature of +150°C. The plastic material is UL flammability 94V-0 rated and halogen-free available upon request. These devices are lead-free plated and compliant to RoHS 2.0 and REACH standards.
